Liaising with Architects, Architectural technicians and working directly with home owners and their building contractors to advise on the refurbishment and extending of timber frame and traditional buildings.
- Structural surveys of timber frame buildings
Undertaking structural surveys of timber frame houses for prospective purchasers and home owners. Expert knowledge of timber frame construction enabling effective evaluation of the building construction and providing realistic proposals for repairs. All surveys are undertaken by a Chartered Structural Engineer.
Many years experience working for Loss Adjusters, Loss Assessors and private individuals to resolve fire, escaped water and subsidence damage claims. Preliminary surveys and calculation of accurate realistic reserves for insurers undertaken.
Further services offered are structural damage reports through to full project management.
